Alexandra’s passion for food began at a young age when she watched her mother cooking dinner for her family. Everything was made from scratch, and she enjoyed seeing how individual ingredients transformed into beautiful and nutritious meals. At age 12, she developed an interest in fitness watching her father complete his first marathon. Inspired, she ran charity runs with him while in high school and college. Alexandra has completed three half-marathons and two full marathons.
In college Alexandra became interested in psychology and developed a passion for helping people who struggle with emotional issues. Combining her nutrition education with her psychology background enables her to effectively counsel her clients with a holistic approach. She uses a combination of motivational interviewing and intuitive eating principles to help her clients reach their wellness goals.
Alexandra has helped me achieve my goals and I have learned a lot about myself through the process. I’ve already recommended her to friends.

Alexandra did not put me on a diet. Instead, she helped me make long-term, realistic changes that allowed me to enjoy healthy foods. I now recognize that food can truly be medicine.
