ON-CORE Fit offers a “Women’s only” group fitness class that takes place outside of the gym. Our Women’s class is a total body workout that emphasizes functional strength and resistance training along with strong aerobic and flexibility components. ON-CORE Fit’s goal is to create a healthy, safe and enjoyable environment that builds camaraderie among all participants. In addition, the class is an ultimate calorie-burner!
ON-CORE Fit understands that working out can be grueling, which is why we offer a non-military style approach. Instead, we use a team-oriented conditioning style designed to encourage, motivate and support you. Join our group for some challenging fun, release a few endorphins and celebrate your total body workout with new friends!!
